About our ties
Are the ties in good condition?
Every tie is hand-checked before it's listed. We grade each one honestly — if there's a mark, a small pull or any wear, we'll say so in the listing. Most of our ties are in excellent preloved condition and many are unworn or barely worn. If you're unsure about a specific tie, just message us.
Are the ties actually silk?
The vast majority of our collection is 100% silk — we list the fabric in each product description. If a tie is a silk blend or another fabric we'll always say so. If you need to confirm the fabric on a specific listing, drop us a message.
What brands do you stock?
We carry a huge range — from everyday brands like Charles Tyrwhitt, Thomas Pink and Ted Baker, right up to designer pieces from Hermès, Versace, Duchamp, Vivienne Westwood and more. We also have our own reworked and upcycled designs that you won't find anywhere else.
What are your reworked ties?
Our reworked ties are one-of-a-kind pieces — we take quality preloved ties and hand-apply original graphic designs including gothic, tarot-inspired and animal prints. Each one is unique. Once it's gone, it's gone.
Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Add to cart and checkout as normal — we accept all major cards, PayPal and more.
Can I buy multiple ties together?
Yes — and we'd encourage it. Buying a few together saves on packaging and is better for the planet. There's no minimum order.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Not currently, but it's something we're looking at. If you're buying as a gift, drop us a message and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping
Is UK shipping really free?
Yes — free standard shipping on every UK order, no minimum spend. No hidden fees at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch within 1–2 working days. Standard Royal Mail delivery is typically 2–4 working days after dispatch. You'll get a confirmation when your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently — we ship to UK addresses only. Watch this space.
Returns & issues
What's your returns policy?
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll sort it out. Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent. See our full Returns Policy for details.
What if my tie arrives and it's not as described?
That should never happen — but if it does, message us straight away with a photo and we'll make it right. No fuss.
Can I exchange for a different tie?
Because every tie is a one-off preloved item, we can't do direct swaps — but if you return something we'll issue a refund so you can choose something else.
