Returns Policy

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Our returns window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 14 days we're unable to accept returns unless the item is faulty or significantly not as described.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent — unworn, with no new marks, damage or strong odours. We inspect all returns when they arrive. If an item is returned in a worse condition than it was sent, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

How to start a return

Get in touch via our Contact page before sending anything back. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return and give you the address to send to.

Return postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was faulty or significantly not as described. We recommend using a tracked service as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit on the way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Faulty or not as described

If your tie arrives and it's genuinely not as described in the listing, or has a fault we missed, contact us straight away with a photo. We'll sort it out quickly — either a full refund or a replacement where possible. Return postage will be covered by us in these cases.

Exchanges

Because every tie in our collection is a unique preloved item, we can't offer direct exchanges. If you return an item and receive a refund, you're welcome to place a new order for something else.
