Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the buyer may be responsible for additional postage costs.

Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to postal services or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.

Lost or Damaged Items
