Free UK shipping on every order

We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders — no minimum spend, no exceptions. You'll never see a delivery charge added at checkout.

How we ship

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Ties are packaged carefully to arrive in the same condition they left us.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of payment being received. You'll receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped.

Please note these are estimates. Royal Mail occasionally experiences delays especially around bank holidays and peak periods. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch confirmation, please get in touch.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently — we ship to UK addresses only. We're looking at expanding this in future, so keep an eye out.

What if my order doesn't arrive?

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us and we'll look into it. For orders confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, we'll issue a full refund.

Packaging

We keep our packaging simple and minimal — better for the planet, and your tie still arrives safely. We don't use unnecessary plastic.
